This week was filled with unbiased impressions and productive work for our team at the charity fund “All will be well – Ukraine”. We have completed a strategic session focused on the results of the past year and the development of the future plan. For five days, we worked on defining our paths and tasks for the next two years. The initial two days were devoted to the careful elaboration of the strategic plan. We discussed our mission, goals and objectives that we set for ourselves. It was important to determine which paths we would take to achieve them. In addition, we conducted an analysis of the external and internal environment to identify the opportunities and challenges we face ahead.
